Return Policy
No Seasonal, Holiday, Sale Price, Closeouts, or Clearance Price items are eligible for return.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Chattanooga Gifts. However, if you are not satisfied, please email us at sales@chattanoogagifts.com and we will email you a return authorization number that must be clearly marked on the return package next to the address label. Chattanooga Gifts must be notified by email within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise to be eligible for return. All returns must be packaged in original carton and packing and shipped back at your expense. We will issue credit by the same method as was used to make purchase, less a restocking fee of 15% or $6.00, whichever is more. Unauthorized returns with no authorization number will be assessed a restocking fee of 25% or $15.00, whichever is more. If items are defective or damaged, a return authorization number must also be obtained as described above within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item. Defective or damaged items must be shipped back in original carton and packing at your expense. If you do not want defective or damaged items replaced, only returned, then restocking fees described above will be assessed. |
